Established in 2006, Tool Time LLC has through professional and diligent service achieved the Mohammed bin Rashid award for “Best Business in Facilities Management.” We currently manage over 7 million square feet of residential and commercial properties within the UAE. This includes 900 villas and 7 buildings with an additional 1000 residential units. Our FM contracts cover commercial and residential soft and hard services with an in house compliment of 150 professional technical staff.
